Likely a good fit if….

✔ You’re ready to go deeper than just surface fixes

✔ You actually want to know why you do what you do — and can handle (kind, honest) truth

✔ You’re open to being gently pushed out of your comfort zone

✔ You and your partner want to strengthen your bond or heal old wounds together

May not be a great fit if….

✘ You just want quick tips or behavior tweaks without digging into the why

✘ You’re not quite ready to do the work to feel better

✘ You only want a hype squad — no honest feedback

✘ You’re unsure about staying in your relationship (better to see someone trained in Discernment Counseling)

Meet Sara Bowe

  • Most say I get them in a way no one else ever has. I have a knack for seeing what’s really going on and helping you see it too. That means you end up feeling more normal, less alone, and way more understood.

I’m not the type of counselor who just nods along. I balance deep listening with honest, caring feedback so you always know I’m in your corner.

Basically, expect real talk, lots of heart, and zero judgment.

  • That sometimes the biggest shifts come not from brilliant insights, but from finally having a space to say things out loud with someone who really listens.

I’ve also learned how powerful it is to explore the “why” behind old patterns, and how healing it can be to feel understood, without judgment or fixing.

Ultimately, therapy taught me that whether you want deep growth or just a place to untangle your thoughts, both are valid and equally important.

  • People have always opened up to me sharing their deepest thoughts without even knowing why. I’ve got an eye for patterns and dynamics that others often miss, and I use that to help people see themselves more clearly.

Over time, I’ve honed this into a gift: helping people reconnect to their purpose and live with more intention, all through honest, empathetic guidance.

  • I struggled with unrelenting standards for myself growing up which became a breeding ground for anxiety, questioning my likability in relationships, and symptoms of OCD. Gaining insight into my patterns has been transformational in helping me find peace, confidence, and self-compassion. I really enjoy helping other people reach insight into their own life to feel more comfortable with who they are, reduce shame, reduce overwhelm, and become comfortable stepping into their own natural power.

  • I recommend “Adult Children of Emotionally Immature Parents” by Lindsay Gibson. I also think that all couples would benefit from reading the book “Fight Right” by Julie and John Gottman.

  • I can find excitement in just about anything, so picking up hobbies is no challenge here. Lately I have been thrifting and refurbishing items. I also enjoy reading and baking if it does not include doing the dishes after :) On the weekend you can catch me at local outdoor events with my family.
